... is in the press right now, getting ready to take it out. It contains:
Peach/vanilla topped cavendish, cigar scrap cavendish, a VA blend that @Tobias Lutz topped with some sweet stuff, VA red, VA lemon, Imzir, MD red tips, KY burley, latakia, perique. Topped with a peach/vanilla that @Madbricky concocted, dark rum, and DW.

Fresh out of the hydraulic press (750 psi est.).
And it's now resting under light pressure (2 25# plates), along with a couple other batches of flake that I've pressed over the past couple weeks. I keep the flakes under some weight till they solidify and dry out a bit, which is usually about 2 weeks.

It's been sliced. Tried some a few day ago, still a bit damp. I dry the slices gradually in the jar - lid off for a day, lid on for a day, etc., till it feels like about the right moisture level.Quote:
