Gatlin-Burlier Cumberland

Cumberland is another great blend from the Gatlin-Burlier! A mix of Burley, Cavendish, and Latakia in a harmonious balance that smokes smooth, cool, and dry. The Cavendish smooths out the boldness of the Burley and the Latakia adds smoothness and broadens the taste spectrum. With Cumberland you get the best of three types of tobaccos with a complementary flavor balance where one component overcomes the weak points of the other components. The end result is a rich, smoky and somewhat sweet smoke. Cumberland has depth and complexity; one can discern the slight sweetness of the Cavendish, the smooth smokiness of the Latakia and the bold backbone of the Burley. This tobacco is hard to put down once you have a bowl going. I smoked it in a Captain Black billiard made by Orlik.
