Hey Bruck, been using the triple cap since the start, as I have a friend who milled me some very nice molds, I haven't had one smoke bad yet or fall apart. I use xanthan gum fairly liberally when capping. not always pretty but effective. I know you tend to not cap yours, but I can usually get one on even on paper rolled cigars (the top one in the image is paper rolled).

Agreed thats why its all I really care to use. Im a sucker for broadleaf lol. Ive tried rolling a few double maduros and came to the conclusion the leaf is so thick its hard to keep a good burn. Wrapping in seco followed by broadleaf helped a lot.

Good molds help a lot, along with a cooperative wrapper, these are the molds I use:

GDaddy do you still have a guy that makes yours? I started rolling because of your videos, and Bruck's Brohibas

The mold I have isn't as nice as some of the ones Ive seen you guys with. But since I don't have a vice or press the wing nut design does the trick pretty well. So far no complaints with it. My biggest issue is that I need to make a smaller cap cutter. The one I have now the caps are too big and look like sh!t. Its kind of subtle but the right sized cap goes a long way in the overall aesthetics IMO.

I roll mostly 52 rg and use a 3/4" copper elbow from Home Depot. They have 1/2" also. Works great.

What size you think I'd need for 48-50 RG? 1/2"?

Not sure but they are pretty inexpensive.
