Dial "M" for Maduro!
I don't roll pretty sticks. This one is even less attractive than many, because the pigtail unwound. But it drew perfectly, burned evenly, and produced enough thick smoke to blow some lovely rings.
Believe me, it tasted way better than it looks. Prelight it smelled earthy, leafy, organic. First draw was pure maduro sweetness with a tiny promise of Dominican influence. Earthy, creamy, a little chocolatey, with just a hint of baking spice. As it progressed, the Dominican pepper kicked in without diminishing the earlier flavors. Just what I hoped for!
Blend:
Filler - Dominican ligero and volado, Brazilian Habano Viso (a little more of the Brazilian than the Dominican)
Binder - Colombian
Wrapper - Connecticut Maduro
All purchased from Leaf Only.

Good work - that's what counts, good flavor and good burn. My standard for aesthetics is, if the cat doesn't try to bury it in the litter box, good to go
That blend sounds nice. I do dig the Brazil viso.
You oughta know not to stand by the window, somebody see you up there.
