Thanks for all the kind words guys!
It took a little while to piece everything back together, but I am sure glad I did.
Since posting this originally I have come up with a couple of new tricks here and there for repair and restoration. I don't have a lot of time right now, Valentine's Day is one of our busiest seasons in my business, but soon I am hoping to add a section to it that is more "tips and tricks" for helping guys out!
Yep thanks Branzig. looking into getting my first estate and redoing it. Just not sure which pipe brands to look for and a good price range to be at.
Tnx for reposting this. Someday I'd like to try my hand at this.
I'm glad you were able to save this thread. I plan on relying on it in the future.
Glad everyone is happy to see it back guys!
Means a lot to me. The whole reason I posted it to begin with is to get more people interested in preserving old pipes and to give them another chance. I love history, so vintage estate pipes and my passion for the hobby just go hand in hand.
I look forward to getting to work on my other tips and tricks for this thread. I have about 5 estates waiting right now that need some serious attention! Just need to find the time to dive in!
Once again, thanks everyone.
