So, I was putting in a small order at SmokingPipes.com and did not see the usual "Hey, want a free sample of XX?" blurb to the right of my cart.
As I was checking out, I added a comment asking if they had one right now and added that if they didn't I was perfectly fine, I just didn't want to leave free tobacco on the table!
After I checked out and paid, Chip sent me an email letting me know they had added an ounce of another tobacco for me to try.
Definitely unnecessary, but greatly appreciated.

I typically order from these guys, even though I have to add sales tax (since we are in the same state). I've never been disappointed. One-day shipping is a plus too!
Over-delivering, like Chip just did, will certainly keep me as a faithful customer.
