The construction of this cigar was top notch, no so soft spots, from the beginning I knew this was going to be a great cigar, too bad they are pretty much impossible to find anymore. Damn you Tatuaje and your LE releases
And here we are ready to tackle this beauty!
The first few puffs of this cigar were a straight pepper bomb to the face but quickly they "mellowed" out and gave way to a slight earthy flavor and some more spice but much more subtle than the first 1/2 inch. The ash seemed a bit fragile but as you will see it fought through like a champ.
As the cigar progressed I picked up a slight chocolate flavor and some more earthy notes...the spice remained throughout but was surprisingly mellow. I know the T stands for thermo-nuclear but after the first 1/2 inch or so I did not get an overwhelming spice out of it.
As we get to the end the earthy tones have stuck around along with the spice, the slight chocolate flavor I once tasted was completely gone though.
The ash held up quite nicely and only required me to ash once, I was truly hoping I could nub it with the ash intact, but I failed
I expected this cigar to be a complete powerhouse but surprisingly I did not get that, it was a phenomenal smoke and I wish I could grab a box or two but sadly they are all gone and whatever is left on the 2nd hand market is going to be overpriced. I am glad I was able to get my hands on this one and it was definitely my favorite Tatuaje to date.
And there she goes, all done! What a beauty she was.
Hope you enjoyed this review, I will have a few more coming
