Drink: Poland Spring

This is a gorgeous stick, the wrapper, the bands and overall construction are what you would expect from a cigar like this. There were no soft spots and the cigar had a nice weight to it, a few veins were noticeable but I personally like a cigar with veins...it's time to torch this baby.

The first few puffs from the cigar were incredibly smooth, I was getting a nice cocoa flavor and at this point I think I thanked Dav0 once again for the cigar because I knew this was going to be one helluva cigar!

The burn on this cigar was just about perfect throughout, it produced a nice white ash and gave out plenty of smoke...as you can see in the next picture this cigar was so good it turned my world (well my glasses) upside down!

Getting into the second third of this cigar the cocoa is still hanging around but is taking a backseat to some nice earthy tones...the flavor did not change much at all throughout the second third but I am not complaining it was quite enjoyable...I did however pick up a slight woody flavor as we approached the final third but it did not last long and was nowhere to be found after a few more puffs.

As we get into the final third of this cigar I begin to pick up slight spice flavor on this cigar...I was not expecting this at all but it was surely welcomed. The cocoa at this point was completely gone but I was still getting some earthy tones that I picked up during the second half of this cigar. The pepper picked up a bit as the nub approached but was still a very smooth cigar at this point.

And onto the nub we go...this was a PHENOMENAL cigar and I truly appreciate that dav0 broke em out for us to try at the herf. It was a great cigar and even better experience, there is not much that can beat hanging out with good friends smoking a fantastic cigar.

So the question I bet someone is going to ask...would you buy it again considering they are $30+ a stick....I probably would as a special occasion smoke or to share with some great friends....I still did not put it out, time to break out the LE Pink Pony Nubber!

I know many of us don't have the option of picking up the 9 box sampler but if a single crosses your path I would recommend grabbing it, save it for a special day and enjoy!

And that's about it folks, I hope you enjoyed the review and pictures...hopefully one day you can make it to NJ and enjoy a few cigars with us clowns!

And as always remember to sit back, relax and smoke a nice cigar in good health!
