Any Saints & Sinners members w/referral?
I've talked to the couple BUMS I know are SnS members, but they've already exhausted their referrals, so I thought I see if anyone else is a member and has one.
For those wondering what it is - a closed/private membership to a tatuaje club with annual exclusive sticks and swag. (If one you SnS members wants to add to this, please do) I knew they had an annual open enrollment period, so I signed up to the site - BUT - you need a referral from an existing member to get in the club.

Go back to your Ezra Zion and cFed sticks - these aren't the cigars for you
Had people offer to me but I have always passed. I'm just not the baller that you are TJ.
@DogRockets
@Demuths1770
may be able to help - they're both confirmed Tat Whores
No cigar until you get a par - birdie if it's a scramble !

Ha ha, you might fool some, but I'm not buying it.
Funny thing is, those are exactly the two BUMS I talked too!
Tony, you seem to be one of the bigger Tat fans around, why haven't you ever bit on SnS?

They are one offs and singles - can't ever get them again so why bother. Rather spend the cash on something regular production or TAA where I can at least get a box or 3. It's the same answer for all those fancy EZ and cFed sticks by the way

Ah, ok - makes sense. I totally agree with you there. Even when EZ re-releases something, its seldom (if ever) the original blend.
So the SnS stuff doesnt include stuff like the current year's TAA?

Don't believe so but I'm not positive. When I've seen the sale posts on the SNS it's always just exclusive sticks.

The SNS cigars are exclusive cigars to the club - they aren't cigars like TAA, etc. There is an annual "kit" that has 15 cigars in it - 3 5-packs along with some swag like a t-shirt and other assorted items. You are not told what each of the cigars are - they are just numbered #1-5. Sometimes they are test blends, sometimes they are older cigars redone, sometimes they are cigars with a twist (Little Boris with a different wrapper sort of thing). Last year and this year I believe, you also get 2 exclusive cigars related to Cigar Rights of America in a small coffin.
There are other random times where exclusive cigars are sold to the group - one summer there were Summer Packs and sometimes at Christmas time the Petemas cigars are released. Same deal, you aren't told what they are. There is also a chance at the end of the year to purchase any of the cigars left over - kits, Petemas, etc. So the opportunity to stock up is there (like Tony does with TAA), but you're stocking up on mystery cigars essentially.
There are other items exclusive to the club such as wine or bourbon that Pete has had his hand in. I've never gone for those myself.
This is a club that I've been in for 4 years now and each year I keep thinking, should I reup. So far, the answer has been yes, but I will say I really do it out of support for Pete than I do the "oh my God I have to be a part of this" mindset.

Excellent description big guy. I knew it was along those lines that none were regular cigars. Didn't know there were other purchase options so that's cool, but still not what I'm looking to spend my semi-hard earned taxpayer dollars on. I'll take a box of TAA or something like K222 instead.
So you getting TJ in or what ?

The window to renew opened in early May I think. Members get one referral at the time they renew. Now or never sort of thing. I had a bourbon buddy who asked me back then, so I referred him this year. Unfortunately I'm thinking most people who were going to renew have already renewed, so TJ is probably out of luck for this year, but I told him he can have my referral next year. I know Kyle has already renewed for this year as well.

Ahh well, maybe next year. I'll just have to see about helping him with some TAA sticks then
