I don't think you planted until a few weeks after I did. Hold on, they will get a growth spurt. For soil, I used seed starting soil, got it moist, and sprinkled seeds on the top. I don't water again until the soil gets almost completely dry. Every year I plan on starting seeds in late Jan. but never remember until Feb. or March. That is why I don't have anymore Habano 2000 seeds. That is the slowest growing strain I have done, and the pods/flowers don't mature fast enough by the time the frost comes again in mid Oct.
