There just be a chance that they would "put this right."
And that *does NOT mean offering a $5.00 off on your next order*

Offering you a choice of some cigars of equal or greater $ value at no change, shipped free along with a complete refund ...plus some 'extra' gift, cigar lighter, etc.
And a way to contact that person directly if not satisfied with the outcome.

Might put the situation in a better light.
