Carlos Torano Reserva Decadencia
I have been smoking these for a while and find them to be an excellent flavored cigar if you enjoy red wine. They are aged at Wilson Creek Winery in Napa Valley in Port wine barrels. This is a dessert wine which are known to generally have a very high alcohol content. The cigars come in a glass tube and when removed are generally quite wet to the touch. This creates a very pleasant taste on your lips. However, I have noticed that some I have kept for several years have lost some moisture, even in the humidor and still in the glass tube. This did not detract too much from the overall experience though. They have all the nice characteristics one would want from a cigar: draw, ash build-up, an even cemetrical burn, flavor, etc.. Since I am not the best with flavors here is a quote from someone better than myself: "A smooth, creamy core of rich tobacco flavors mingles with notes of cocoa, with a sweet, velvety influence".
They have a Connecticut wrapper and I would classify it as a light bodied cigar. They can be had for $11 from a cigar shop or around $8.50 if bought in a six pack online. I think the ultimate would be to have a glass of Wilson's Port while smoking this...I have yet to have that experience. The bottle can be purchased for around $25 on their website if I remember correctly. Not sure if this is the right place for reviews, if not, a moderator can kindly move it to the appropriate place. Cheers!

P.S. I did a search on this cigar and didn't find any previous reviews.
