Seems nuts....but I have seen the Custom-bilt market get kind of out of hand like this. Some 1930s Mincer pipes are going in the upper 90s to low 100s and I remember when you could score them for 30 bucks....
With that being said, the condition of that Wally is awful.....I'd never pay that. Ever.
I don't sell on ebay, so don't know the ins and outs, but I don't see how that is even worth listing at that asking price.
Ahh yes...the ol Wally Frank "V-lip", directs the smoke both up AND down. Definite must buy.
