I "guessing" a small cigar, carona or cigarillo.
A cigar with a sweet room note, mild.
What do you folks think?
I know they are not true B/SOTL because flavor is flavor and we like varing strengthens.
Ok, I asked Mrs SoCal (who does not partake) what would that mean to her and you guys nailed it: "Smaller sized and flavors like cocoa one they make".
Tatiana, CAO flavors, any thing lancero....
Never tried them but the nub cafe come in corona sizes for coffee fans
Easy. Smaller, flavored cigars.
I would say Tatiana Groovy Blue Coronas. That is the cigar the girls in the office gravitate towards when they join me at the lounge
The number one cigar I see many girls smoke is the acid blondie, but many of the womans in my family have enjoyed just about any flavored small stick that I've gotten my hands on. Also, for some reason I'm constantly asked by women if I know where I can find a grape flavor cigar. I'm not sure if it's a thing but apparently that's a hot flavor amongst the ladies.

Eeeeew! Seriously?
Backwoods has a grape cigar. I've seen them. I imagine they'd be about the 'best' nasty, grape flavored tobacco thing you could find. Gotta be better than a grape Swisher anyway (yes, those are a thing. I've seen them too). Although I admit when I first saw the 'new flavor' I thought Backwoods went ghetto fo sho. If I was going Backwoods tho I'd lean towards the Sweet Aromatic; best Backwoods by far IMO.
Never seen a grape cigar!
But I've seen the Tatiana's, but have more exposure to the CAO flavors. I'll keep the Tatiana's in mind for my "girlie cigar" people.
Based on the way you worded your question ("girlie"), might I suggest this:

Seriously, The Blondie or the Kuba Kuba from Acid could work. I'd also recommend the Java line from Drew Estate/Rocky Patel. Several different flavors like mocha, mint, and latte, all in a smaller size.
I’ll add Havana Honeys to the mix.
Thanks for all of the suggestions!!
Although the party has passed, I'm sure that the situation will arise again.
