The short answer is: No.
I think that's probably why they are usually such a disappointment to me. The tin note, and room note can be so nice that you think you're in for the same thing x2 once you spark up a bowl yourself... just like baking cookies smell so good, but they taste even better. Then you do pack a bowl and the taste is invariably underwhelming. That's probably why I personally tend to gravitate toward 'aromatics' that have very little topping. Then there's not some overwhelmingly delicious tin note that fails to translate into flavor and subsequently disappoints.
All that being said...
I just tried Boswell's Christmas Cookie. I would say the flavor, although lighter than the tin note, is quite similar to how it smells.
Dan Tobacco aromatics are all very good and taste similar to how they smell, IMO
Stanwell Kir and Apple smells and tastes pretty good
Drew Estate, 7th Ave Blonde is good too and tastes a lot like it smells - especially when it's fresh.
There are others of course but they don't come to mind right now...
The sweet ones - never in my experience. The whisky-type blends, sometimes. Milan Single Malt is one that comes to mind.
Devils Holiday tastes a lot like berry liquor to me...so I'd say that one is close in the tin note to taste realm.

To be honest the two best aromatics I smoked (to my taste anyway) were stokkebye B&B and Nougat. They are still light on flavor and mouth feel, but I did find them enjoyable smokes in their own way.
The best bet is to just learn to appreciate the aromatic qualities on non-aromatic blends. nobody in their right mind would describe latakia as being non-aromatic except after they learned the tobacco nomenclature. It's more aromatic than any cookie flavored tobacco out there. Any really good tobacco should be fraught with aroma and flavor. VA's can be sickly sweet, sweeter than any aro I have smoked, in a more natural way. this is the sentiment I'd try to convey to someone looking for flavor.
About the only one I can think of is Trout Stream, close in my book
