Why Non-Cubans?

All the forums are tagged "Non-Habanos". Are we discouraged from, or prohibited from discussing Cuban Cigars? They're some of my faves!

Or do we simply discuss them under-the-radar?

Part of the forum is about them but I think there's a waiting period to access but ask Nature about the specifics

As Alan mentioned it's hidden to new comers. You have to ask for dark side to be opened for you.
