Bummin' Around
October 2015 Tobacco of the Month - Old Dark Fired
Well here it is! Try if ya got it. If ya don't got it, get it!
Squadron Leader - Bright and Dark Virginias blended together with Latakia and Turkish leaf to make this a cool medium bodied smoke.

Mac Barren "Old Dark Fired"
Piper. Grabow Savoy (Briar)
Smoked Inside
Pouch note: Sweet aroma not really grassy but that's as close as I can describe it.
Room note: A dry burley type aroma.
Ready rubbed somewhat dry
Packs easily and has an easy draw
Lights easily and quickly burns steady just an occasional tamp to keep the ember in place.
Taste: There is no nuttiness or tang in this blend the sweetness seems to be only in the pouch.
It has a distinct mustiness,a cool dry oak flavor,it refreshing and pure.I could get
addicted to this type of mixure,it's simple yet has a complexity hiding in the background.
The retrohale has a touch of burn, but I'm not getting any tongue bite. The smoke seems a
bit dry but is full and thick.
