March Tobacco of the Month: Samuel Gawith Bothy Flake

Ok, y'all know what to do! Smoke it if ya got it! If ya ain't got it...get it! Got it? Good!

Oh...and don't forget to tell us what you think!

Samuel Gawith Bothy Flake - A traditional blend of pressed Virginias with a hint of Latakia and a dash of Highland malt whiskey make Bothy Flake a medium strength, aromatic and easy smoking tobacco.

About halfway through my first bowl of Bothy Flake. I would not have been a part of this one without a generous BOTL sending me a couple flakes in a bomb.

Smoking it in a MM Legend, which will accommodate about 3/4 of a flake.
At first, I was iffy about it but when I slowed down and sipped it slowly I began to enjoy it. This tobacco does not like to be smoked fast IMO and I have a bad habit of smoking too quickly.
It is a bit more earthy and less sweet than the Gawith blends I have tried in the past. The latakia is there but is not the star of the show. There is a nice gentle spice to it as well.

    Good choice for March.
Looking forward to seeing what you guys with a more refined palate think about it.
