Haebar reviews Shemp Jizzle's Rope-a-Dope blend

Shemp didn't tell me what this blend is made of but, judging by the name and the taste, I'd guess that it is a blend of various rope tobaccos. The experience was that of instantaneous tobacco satisfaction, good flavor and rich body. I loaded up a medium sized billiard with this tobacco and charged straight ahead, enjoying it immensely. Well, I should have seen it coming since I had this bowl before my evening meal. After only a few puffs, I felt a curious calming effect throughout my body. About halfway through the bowl, I felt a strange tingling sensation in my scalp. Soon after I had to put down the pipe and am slowly returning to normal after 10 minutes or so. Even so, I thoroughly enjoyed it and plan on relighting it in an hour or so. The flavor was well-rounded and smooth, with generous smoke volume. The burning characteristics of the tobacco were excellent; I only had to light it once after the initial lighting. Thanks @Shemp Jizzle !
