Lakeland Bum
Burley (No. 702)
I like Burley and blends that contain Burley, so I bought some of this blend from a friend who was thinning his cellar. This is a ribbon cut that is easy to light and stays lit comparatively well. It is very mild and does not bite; it will be good for blending with a nippy Virginia or other blend that needs to be tamed down. For nicotine strength, it is mild as well. For smoking by itself, it is rather tasty though somewhat plain. If plain, mild, unadorned Burley is what you are after, this is a good tobacco to buy. This was smoked in a Sunrise Canadian and a Missouri Meerschaum Country Gentleman.
