It's always kind of funny to look at early posts when you first get into something new. Not that I'm an old pro now, but do know what's what as far as blend types, manufacturers etc. I'd probably laugh to see some of my first posts on Puff - I think I even had a "is this mold?" one.

Not a bad thing to revisit old discussions - one thing that is nice about the net!
I would have added a codger blend or two and always recommend them for noobs. Not that they can't handle or taste more HTF baccys, but PA, CH, and SWR are good blends that are easy to pack and smoke, so they are great to learn with. I still crave a few bowls of SWR every once in a while.
Still curious about the new Granger. Kind of sad that it isn't the old recipe, but considering that I didn't like the old dryer sheet flavor, not a bad thing.
