But don't give me too much credit - it was part of a bomb that @Tobias Lutz hit me with a while back (we have sort of an informal manufacturing arrangement). I haven't been able to do much of anything with the prilep - hopefully you can!

This is the final product. I spent 6 hours de-stemming it and the cutting it into smaller pieces with an ulu on a cutting board.

A while back I ran a trade and review thread where we sampled all of the McClelland Grand Oriental series. Amazing stuff.

I haven't tried it in a blend or straight yet, so I don't know.
