Awesome bomb
Many thanks to James aka
@dj1340
for a bomb of well aged tobaccos and even a gorgeous pipe!
Will add details on that as soon as I can decipher the engraved manufacturer and such. Too small for my aging, cataract eyesight at first glance.
Hopefully he chimes in with information so I don't have to hunt down a magnifying glass.

Nicely hit! Need to see more pipe tobacco artillery shot off.
I’m also curious what kind of tobacco you got, inquiring minds and all that

The pie is a Stanwell I bought off ebay about 15 yrs ago. Never did smoke it but I have another Stanwell the same size.
It smokes really well.
If memory serves me that is the Majestic model.
Couple of things I've learned. I like good Bourbon and hate wet toilet paper.

I put the name of each blend and what tobacco's are in it on each ziplock bag.
Don't really remember what they are.

I did see that and can read it just fine. Just forgot to start the post while I had them laid out, to add the details, so will do and edit when I get back to my room

Today's bomb was:
VR Blend-Cavendish, Perique, Virginia
Old Red-Straight Virginia
Anniversary -Perique, Virginia
Bald Headed Teacher-Burley, Latakia, Virginia
Weybridge-burley, Perique, Virginia
Student-Burley, Cavendish, Virginia
Great Hiatus-Latakia, Oriental/Turkish, Virginia
Thanks yet again James, the smell is great, they are a bowl spread thin for airflow, it's good to go in about 30 to an hour, away frombeing smokable.
Am saving them until I've smoked trough all of the different blends I bought 1oz each of to get an adequate taste, but stay nice and cheap.
By then I should be knowing what I'm doing before smoking any of the awesome well aged tobacco bombs I've gotten yesterday and today.don't want to waste them on newbie mistakes. Very different from Cigars in every way, especially the rich odor coming off the bags and pipe tobacoo, at least non aromatics, are ver5smooth, mild, and subtle. Not bursting with in your face flavor and richness, you really have to pay attention to a pipe to taste much at all, let alone the subtleties in it.
Thanks for sending some of the good stuff for after I've gotten a little more time and practice in.
I'm just not set up to age anything, Cigars or pipe tobacco, so whenever I get some of either I always stretch it out to savor it, and because it's essentially irreplaceable to me.
