Man O' War Ruination (War Horse / Perfecto)

Very identical to the Damnation (reviewed), but the initial puffs are peppery.

    Tossed after 10-15 mins.

All thoughts/notes are pretty much the same, and I'll make it easy on ya:

Have you smoked the 10th anniveresry edition? Way better than standard if you dont mind the size. I enjoy the damnation much more than the standard ruinination and on par with the 10th. If you can get the Armada on the cheap that is a better smoke as well but not at MSRP.

I don't believe I've had the 10th. Size wise here, it was way too big, but for a buck, I got what I got. The Damnation may have been a smidge better, because the Ruination was more Gurkha-esque with one of the flavors I forgot to mention, and that's why I love it when you reply. To me, they're yard-gar quality, and the bottom of the MoW lines. That Dark Aged Maduro you gave me - loved it. Valkyrie you gave me - surprised the hell outta me. I may have an Armada tucked away, but am not looking forward to it after these two.

One of the best part of cigars is talking cigars and finding what others think of them. I have a friend that always recommends quality made cigars not in my wheel house but when we both agree on one its usually top notch. AJ's CI blends while they dont change year to yer they tend to go in cycles with the crops. Personally the stuff I am getting from CI right now the MoW line is smoking much better than the Ave. Thanks for always sharing your honest opinion on what your smoking.

Only Gurkha knows what MoW crop years Cigarbid gets. Almost everytime I see em, they're going for a buck, so maybe they were just from a bad year. But, shame on the manufacturer to throwing a inferior version out with the same label. Wait...maybe why that's why they were in the discount bidder's bin! Either way I'm good on the both the Damnation and Ruination. Rather save up for more of them tasty Dark Aged Maduros. mmmmmmmm Dark Aged Maduros mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

Those Dark Aged seemed to fly under the radar for a long while. They were B&M only for several years and just recently been added to the website and catalog from what I have saw.
