    Viaje Jalapeņo review

    Attachment 3975

    Smoked: 10/4

Wrapper smells of faint spice and earth. Foot gives faint earth and tobacco. Cold draw is red pepper and straw. Hmm, that's familiar.
1st third: tastes of red pepper, spice and cedar. Aromas of pepper (jalapeņo?) and spice.
2nd third: tastes have become subued, but remain red pepper and cedar, minus the spice. Aromas have gotten inversely stronger, now a definite jalapeņo and spice.
Final third: tastes of subdued red pepper, cedar and char. Aromas of spice and char.
That was a little disappointing, it appeared to run out of oomph in the final third. Tasty all the same

Thanks for the review. I have never had a Viaje. I love jalapeno and spice in general so have to go look for one of these. It definitely looks cool
