Mild to medium
Ecuadorian Habano Wrapper
The cold drawl had a touch of cocoa with a rich sweet tobacco. The wrapped was a beautiful tan that looked like leather. I paired this beauty with a Dogfish Head 60 min IPA.
The first third had a very light sweet tobacco with pepper and a slight sweetness of the exhale. It was very mild and almost plain.
The second third didn't change much and remained one dimensional. The retro hale was pepper with a touch of sweetness. To keep the cigar going I had to take a short small pull followed by a regular pull. The smoke production was thin.
The last third took a nice change to cocoa with a hint of leather and the sweet tobacco moved to the exhale.
I did take this one down to a nub which had a nice cocoa with the sweet tobacco.
Overall it was a nice mild to medium smoke and more one dimensional. Don't get me wrong it was a great cigar but I love a stick w some full more complex flavors. The Dogfish head was a nice pair with the hoppy flavor and sweet tobacco. It did have times of burning unevan but I never had to touch it up. Overall it was just around a 2 hour smoke.
