My experiences have been similar and after a year the chocolate through the whole thing changes from more of a cocoa or very dark dry chocolate to a mix between milk and dark chocolate. Not too creamy and not too dry. The earthiness and the pepper notes seem to mellow and blend better and pushes the body of this smoke a little closer to mid range between medium and full. One of my favorite inexpensive smokes and thanks for reminding me I need another bundle.
