Attachment 3909

Smoked: 9/24

Wrapper smells of pepper and hay. Foot gives tobacco, hay and pepper. Cold draw is pepper, earth and tobacco. This thick bodied stick is very flame-resistant at first, but finally takes to the torch.
First third: Tastes are pepper, hickory and earth. Aromas of red pepper, spice, hickory and jalapeņo (?)
Second and final thirds are identical. Tastes of pepper (black and red varying), smoky hickory and earth. Aromas of spice, hickory and jalapeņo, now definite. The only drawback? A wholly unappetizing aroma of green pepper! Yuck!
Perhaps it is still young. Of the fiver, I have smoked 2 in the last 2 months. The others are bedded down for a long, mellowing nap. I think this could be a winner later on
