Drink: Red Stripe

Another finely constructed cigar, a wonderful pigtail cap and some prominent veins throughout giving this cigar a much older look that it truly is. No flaws in the wrapper, it's time to spark this HL up!

The initial first puffs from this cigar bring out a strong pepper flavor which I did not expect right away but a flavor bomb is always welcome in my world.

Working my way through the first third I am picking up dominating spicy flavors, nothing overpowering but it is definitely a flavor bomb so far, it certainly is making it's presence known. There we have dav0 and Veeral's legs making an appearance.

Getting into the second third I begin to pick up some nice coffee flavors, the spice is still hanging around but it is beginning to fade somewhat into the background as the coffee flavors pick up in the second third.

Throughout the second third of this cigar the coffee is beginning to pickup significantly and the spice has leveled out in the background, making for a great flavor combination...this lancero is a home run so far.

Getting into the final third the spice is gone, the coffee is still there and some nice earthy flavors are coming around. I was hoping the spice would pick back up at the end for a bit but I was not disappointed, the flavors are quite strong and amazing throughout.

And onto the nub we go, this has been a great lancero, if you enjoy this vitola I would definitely give it a try if you can get your hands on a few. Coffee, spice, pepper, earth....sounds good to me and I will take it every time!

Sit back, relax and enjoy a great cigar in good health!

Hope you enjoyed.
