True Derelict
Gurkha Park Avenue torpedo
Attachment 3843
Smoked 9/13
Wrapper smells of hay and cedar. Foot gives hay and tobacco. The cold draw gives tastes of tobacco and light spice.
First third: tastes are mild dose of black pepper, oak and creamy notes. Aromas are hay and oak. There is a slight sour note to the taste.
Second third: tastes are bread-ish (yum!), oak and the creamy note. Aromas are cedar and black pepper.
Final third tastes definite bread, sour hay and the creamy note, now not so tasty due to the sour part. Aromas are cedar and hay.
Thoughts: hmmmm... The A.J. Fernandez Gurkha? Well, not too bad. Wish that sour note woulda stayed out of it.
