Gurkha Black Ops Berserker (Toro)

Intro / Pre-Smoke Judgement:

I had to soothe my defeat that happened in the 2nd week of our NFL fantasy league, and offer The Gurkha his weekly dedicated smoke. I've been looking forward to checking the Berserker out, and comparing it to the Rubicon, ever since @Tombstone gave me the info. I'm thinking he'll be right, and am sure it will please The Gurkha.

The review comes a day late,

Overall:

- The draw was pretty tight throughout

- Solid flavor throughout (unlike the Rubicon) - mostly decent tobacco and pepper (and that's NOT a bad thing!)

- The taste kinda reminded me a bit of the Hudson Bay

- CI says zesty hot pepper spice - I didn't get that, but there was some nice pepper.

- CI say dark chocolate - didn't notice any cocoa

- CI says leather - still don't know what that tastes like.

Trial By Smoke Judgement:

I definitely get another single if they pop on Cigarbid. Most Gurkhas I've had become bland and diluted, but the Berserker remained solid throughout, and I'm thinking I didn't get all that was there. It's definitely within the Top 5 Gurkhas I've smoked - and probably the 3rd on the seven Gurhka sticks I've reviewed. I know there isn't a whole lot of info here...but you're working with an amateur that has a day job and writes reviews on his lunch break...so just trust me here. Recommended to the Gurkha Bums. I wouldn't drop $9 (CI) on a single, but would part ways with a couple bucks for another.
