Crowned Heads Four Kicks Capa Especial (2020 / Corona Gorda)
Inital to first inch or so:
Lots of intense and sharp pepper, oily leather, and I believe just a tad of that cool-to-the-tasteness. Spicy-pepper burn on the tounge and maybe palate.
Afterwards:
Pepper settles down a bit.
Maybe a smidge of sweetness - just enough to not really notice unless searching.
Maybe a smidge of toastiness.
Judgment:
Outstanding to superb cigar. Very tasty, and a done-damn-right pepper-bomb. Maybe a hot-pepper -spicy, oily-er leather, and sharper version of the regular Four Kicks - need to go back to back. Will return. Will get the 2021 CE - FOR SURE!Recommended.
@WNYTONY
Thanks again for the stick!

Nice review man.
Really wish I were better at writing reviews like this instead of just being able to say a few sentences about my smokes when I post in the various "what are you smoking " type threads on various forums

I've read all yours - they're great!
Some, and sometimes most, of the 'tastes' are thoughts that pop - include those thoughts in yours.
If it's a new smoke, I try to focus all attention on the smoke.
Are there transitions of taste? These can be subtle. Did the stick get milder as your progressed? How about the tastes - less peppery?; more dark or toasty?; sweetness? Lots of things you can comment on.
Try VERY slow retrohales - this is where I get 99% percent of things.
What's sitting in mouth afterwards? - this is my "residual".
Humor is always great. Shit sticks are always the best sticks to write about. Go find some of the Gurkha reviews - had some good times writing those.
Cheap sticks that're good is my favorite to write about. Kinda the unsung heros of cigars.
Lots of things here to write. Many more, too. Keep at it!
