Cigar Review - Arturo Fuente Hemingway Bestseller

I picked up a couple Short Stories, one maduro and one ... habano I think (?) Tried one the other day, not sure if it was the maduro or the other one. Hard to tell since they're both pretty dark. But I wasn't all that impressed. It wasn't bad but I've had less expensive cigars I liked a lot more.

I hear you. Lots of variables go into each experience and I'm sorry this one didn't live up to your expectations. I am a fan of Fuentes, in general, and this one had a bit of rest on it and was just what I wanted on the evening in question. I hope you enjoy the other one more.

I'm smoking the other one now. This one is much nicer IMO; sweeter, creamier and all around a smoother smoke. I'll have to find where I got these and see what wrapper this is because I like it much better than the darker one I smoked previously. Looks about the hue of a natural or sun grown and the cap tasted like it had been sweetened but that went away pretty quick.

That's much closer to my experience. I'm glad they weren't both duds for you.

Looks like the 2 wrapper options for this cigar are maduro and camroon. This must've been the camroon because it was the lighter colored of the two. Strange, I usually gravitate toward maduro wrappers but in this case the camroon was the better of the two. IMO anyway...
