AJF blended house stick for Cigar House / Adwani Cigars.

Initial puffs were a very nice combo of strong black pepper, clean/light/oily leather, a little sweetness, and gritty maduro.

Near the first inch, the above tastes become kinda tighly compressed. The pepper sticks to a gritty and kinda soft maduro. Leather became a harder to discern, but may have been in the background (can't recall).

There was a refreshing coolness on the mid to end of the retrohale. Reminded me of the coolness that comes with mint. This may have been the sweetness melding in.

It's a fairly simple stick, but that's not a diss.

LOTS of smoke and body.

Nice burn line.

Only needed a touch-up or two that was most likely due to me getting off-pace when talking.

At one point I did give it a flame purge to bring back the sharpness of profile. There for a bit it became not bland, but the body was straying towards it. Came back nicely. May have been due to my pace change.

Judgement:

Great stick and impressing for being a house stick (though I haven't had too many house blends, but am becoming a fan). Nice and powerful. Interesting maduro.

Price point wise, it was $9. A little high for my likings, but it's a B&M exclusive (at this time). I don't think this is a go-to for the price, but this is a different market than I'm usually in, so I cannot say if it's a good price-quality ratio. But I did enjoy it.
