Royal Bum
2010 Cupido Criollo
46 degrees, 5mph breeze, 34% humidity, moderately overcast sky.
A piramide head, box pressed, tapered body, 5.5x46-56 dimensions, very unusual looking cigar with a tan, natural color, smooth, fine textured wrapper with a smooth cap and hard bunch.
Burn was even, with a short, conical coal, dark gray, typical structure ash, and easy draw with high smoke volume, faint, subtle aroma and no burn in the throat.
Flavor was of ample richness, medium-full strength, generous body and flavors of wood and earth.
No sweetness, bitterness, sharpness or saltiness and a light burn on the tongue.
Overall, a cigar of very unique shape, agreeable character, and a great smoke, lasting right at one hour.
Overall score is 94 out of 100
I friggin' LOVE cigars

I think they were messing with you about the temps and stuff. But, I'm not a guy that needs a weather report.
Never heard of this brand. Looks like a cool Valentine's Day smoke. Thanks for the review.

Not sure. Its come up multiple times when I have mentioned problems with a cigar I smoked, on 2 forums, so I think at least a few people believe it was the cause of my problems and questioning how I could taste and fully appreciate a cigar at low temperatures or humidity.
Plus, in early reviews I included even more info about the setting I was smoking in, but have paired it down to just the weather for those that find it relevant.
Yeah, I had never heard of them either, but they were discontinued around 2012 or so I'm told, so that makes it less likely anyone will have heard of them, and even when produced, they were an apparently obscure, boutique cigar sold only by Cuban Crafters as far as I know.
Definitely the most unique shaped cigar I have ever seen for sure. It was just really odd looking as you can pretty well seem in the picture.
