Outside the box.

Definitely a Room 101 signature taste.

Chief Cool Arrow (CCA) is there.

The mintyness from CCA really shines. It's a muted, pillowy, kinda mint that made me think of a minty nougot. The Nougotyness helps dial it back from being mint heavy. And it's hard to really classify it as "mint", but it has that coolness that mint offers - so it is somewhere within that realm.

Peppery. Seems like a peppery CCA overall.

CCA mintiness moves further to the background as the burn progresses. Still there, but now the pepper kicks ups.

Burn nice. Couple touch-ups needed most likely due to me.

Judgement:

Another very nice, very interesting, very flavorful and outside the box stick from Room 101. Enjoyed it down to the nub. Enjoyed the Chief visiting and hanging. Recommended.
