Nature Calls

Hello all! Good to see so many familiar friends make their way over!

I am Mark from Nebraska. I have been smoking cigars for about 3 years. I was just a casual cigar smoker that knew next to nothing about cigars until I had joined the former realm of Puff where I was plunged to the depths. Were it not for a cigar forum like Puff, I would probably have one-tenth of my cigars in my possession and probably would never have tried 95% of what I have. I recently began to dabble in pipes a few months ago and have found a new enjoyment of imbibing in the leaf. I have a few estates I have acquired and enjoy the process of restoration. I love craft beers and also began to explore bourbons about a year ago.

I was not a frequent poster at Puff, but visited nearly daily and contributed occasionally as I had time or thought I had something I thought worthy.

I stay very busy with my family of seven children. Much of my time is spent being involved with my kids' wrestling; tournaments and practices; music performances and competitions; and all of the other activities associated with several children of a spectrum of ages. That does not leave much time for relaxing with a cigar or pipe. Taking that time occasionally is what helps me to get through it all. When I am not chasing kids, I enjoy the infrequent round of golf, throwing out a line, working in the yard/landscaping, and working on home improvement. I am just an all-around DIY'er.

I look forward to participating more here at The Bum and am excited to see it develop and evolve; not in re-creation, but in invention!
