I'm Trish from CBid/CI/P&C and will be happy to answer any questions about any of those companies, CigarFest, or anything else you might think I'm capable of answering! I also know a bit about rescue dogs and how puppies become part of the family, but I think that's another forum entirely!

I'm here in beautiful Bethlehem , Pennsylvania. After nearly 14 years with CI / CBid and 2+ years with P&C, I may know a thing or two about tobacco, Customer Service and these three companies.

I'm really sad that all of my novelettes on the former Puff forum are gone now. I remember the carpel tunnel I got writing them.

Glad to see the lights didn't go out for the entire Puff community and very happy to be a part of this sparkly, new community!
