Basically sitting in a room and smoking cigars from sun up until sun down! Here is a link to the 2017 Orgy. Towards the end are more the items from when the actual Orgy itself was going on. The first part was herding the cats and getting everyone there.

Yeah my daughter is allergic to the smoke so I have to watch when and where I do it and I have asthma so too much smoke in the air tends to aggravate it lol
