    Welcome to Cigar Bum! Dave, did you come to the right place! Great guys here with tons and tons of knowledge. In terms of handmade cigars, what have you tried and liked so far? No question is too dumb to be asked so feel free to fire away when one comes up.

    Thanks everyone! One of the biggest reasons I joined here is because it reminds me of the community feel that I have with a local firearms forum I help with. I have had a few recently that have been hit or miss but I have found a fondness to Nicaraguan tobacco, I have been sampling a lot of different ones but so far here's my list;

    Acid, blonde, very tasty with strong coco overtones.

    Cuban Rejects, not bad, mild flavor but the wrapper seems to unravel about half way though on the cigarillos but not the rubusto, I have a Churchill I haven't smoked yet as well.

    Isle Del Sol, tasty and mild with a strong coco / coffee taste.

    Quorum, a little stronger imho almost a med- med full smoke. I have had one and the jury is still out.

    Perdomo, very tasty with a creamer smoke and love the pepper / spice taste, defiantly a stocker for me.

    Arturo Fuente, good taste but the jury is still out on this one as well.

    Montecristo, tasty and more of a full flavor than I'm use too but defiantly pleasing to my palate.

    Dutch Delites, tasty little cigarillo with a mild but distinct woodsy flavor.

    Looking into starting to gather up the tools and such I need to start rolling and looking at different retailers but my searches only come up with "Leaf only", "wholesale leaf" and of course CI. If anyone has a good store to order some tools (cutter, chevta, rolling boards, leafs and glue) and feels like sharing I'm all ears.
    Thanks again guys!

    Man, you're going all in! Try over here - http://www.cigarbum.com/forum/torced...nidos-102.html

    We've got a subforum dedicated to rolling, and they'll be able to line you up on this stuff.
