My name is Barry and I've been in the cigar industry since 1998. I've been asked by a few different people to sign up over hear and hopefully, I will be welcome with open arms.
My history has me as a former shop owner. My first foray into the cigar forums was with CigarLive.com and I started acigarsmoker.com. When Cigar Live was bought out by puff.com I was asked to pay advertisers fees because acigarsmoker.com was in my signature and this led to a big blow out with the owner of puff.com so I left forums.
3 years ago I began working for Miami Cigar & Company and I began to miss the Northeast so we we mutually agreed to part ways and I remain friends with them to this day..
Last summer began working for 2 Guys Smoke Shop and writing for TheCigarAuthority.com which despite popular opinion is a separate entity (My reviews are my own, and we even review a shit ton of cigars 2 Guys doesn't carry).
Also, David Garofalo has been a topic of conversation in regards to Cuba and I respect his opinions although I wasn't there so I am neutral in the Cuban cigar argument.
Anyway, I look forward to being a member here..
