Travelling with pipe/baccy
So I just posted on the cigar side about going on vacation and bringing some cigars along, but I'm also thinking I'd like to bring a pipe/baccy too for a quicker smoke/ alternative to lighting up a cigar. I don't really want to bring a couple jars with me so just toss some into Ziploc bags? How do you travel with your pipe/tobacco?

Bummin' Around
Ziploc's are fine for a week or two. I usually throw a couple pipes in my pouch and 3-4 tobaccos in Ziploc's. Don't forget to bring plenty of pipe cleaners. They can be difficult to find unless you know there is a tobacconist in the area.

Lakeland Bum
This is what I use, a Herf-a-dor. This one is supposed to hold 10, but it's a squeeze. I usually don't put more than 8.

Waiting on Octember 1st
I have a small bag that holds several pipes and about half a dozen ounce bags of tobacco. It's actually part of an ALICE set-up that I got from an army surplus store about a decade ago.
