Opened up a bag I received in my latest order from them, and it's bone dry, like crumbles to dust putting it in your pipe, and since all the oils have evaporated, it has almost no taste, and what little it has tastes just like a cheap cigarette.

Anyone ever have to exchange, or just request a replacement bag from them?

It's only 1oz, so I'd think they would replace it, but you never know with some companies.

Will contact them today and post their response, and any updates in dealing with their customer service as good info for others.
