Everything smoked wet; cobs and briars

I don't smoke fast. Usually a MM pride bowl will last me 45 minutes.

It's happened too often lately to be coincidence. The only thing I can guess is that my technique has been improving over the winter, although it didn't show because it was so darn cold condensation was going to form no matter what. Now that it's warmer, the pipe isn't as cold so its not wringing out moisture like it did when it was cold out. Reinforcing this is the awful time I had trying to smoke during deer hunting this year. It was around 18 degrees out there and I could only get down to half a bowl before the remaining tobacco was too wet to burn.

That would be my guess. Technique first, and of course drying tobacco. Wet tobacco will puddle up the bottom of a pipe. But I already know that you dry your bacco, so more so technique.
On another note, I am shocked you got cobs to smoke wet. No wonder your mouth always was tender
I have to freight train a cob to get it wet. Whether it is winter or not.

Wow, Someone Knows Me
People who shave with cool razors and good smelling stuff always smoke to ash. Been hanging around fancy barbershops or something like that? Sounds like a contact high.
Change of tobacco?
Pipe finally developed some cake down to the heel of the chamber?
Smoking slower?
And, of course, cold air condenses vapor into liquid.

No change in anything other than the warmer ambient air. Smoking faster if anything and getting away with it.
Same pipes, baccies... same everything.
I imagine the pipes will build more cake in the heel if they keep smoking dry tho. Hard to build cake in a swamp.
I got a hair cut recently but it was only with ordinary scissors, not fancy ones.
I did smoke some perfumy Lakeland tobacco recently. Maybe some of the stink got on me. Yeah, that's probably it...
