About halfway through a bowl of McClelland 5100 Red Cake.
I'm a bit underwhelmed at the moment. I keep hearing about how sweet it is, but I'm not tasting it.
I think I'll order a couple more ounces (I only have 2) and stick it in a pint jar and forget about it for a year or so. Maybe it will gain that sweetness others mention.
It's not bad, just not what I expected.
