With all I have tried this is my favorite

Hard to beat Nightcap in a cob. Have you tried Early Morning Pipe?

The name alone lured me in, but after hearing it has a cherry sauce on it I ran for the hills. I still have PTSD flashbacks from having my tongue crucified by Captain Black Cherry when I was 15.

But I digress...report back with your findings! People say the flavor doesn't burn off after 5 minutes in but actually grows in depth.

No fear of Captain Black tongue scorch here. It behaves itself very well. No tongue bite at all and the cherry is very mild.

I'd say overall, it is a decent smoke. The cherry topping is done well. No cough syrup flavor to it. Smokes dry too. It kind of reminds me of Devil's Holiday but with less balls lol

A good morning smoke. But anything past coffee time and I'd be wanting more. Something to keep on hand though, if you like cherry and berry. Which I do. A lot.

Well I did, and only will, smoke it in a cob...so maybe that is why there wasn't a goop left over.

Just finished up a bowl of Nosferatu now. Interesting smoke. Has a certain spice characteristic to it and the anise is a nice touch. I thought the Lat would be a lot more prevalent from the tin note, but the smokiness was surprisingly tame.

In the Englilsh category, GL Pease Gaslight is very good (I think anyway)
SPC Mississippi River and Plum Pudding are also worth trying
