A few before bed bowls last night.

    2016 Frog Morton's Cellar
    2016 Hearth & Home--Anniversery Kake
    2016 Hearth & Home--Viprati

    All very nice.

If you twisted my arm, the Frog Morton's was the standout of the 3 with its heavy Latakia blend and on the very end of the finish, you could taste the aging in whiskey barrels, and I'venever beena whiskeyfan, but it was a very nice, light taste of it only and for those that don't know, it comes packed with about a 1" cube of barrel mixed in which I thought was neat.

Thanks again for the well aged and unique tobaccos Chris!

Yeah, I really did, and when I read it was aged in whiskey barrels I got little nervous, as when I was a drinker, I never liked dark liquors at all, but it didn't have a heavy whiskey taste to it, just an added, smokey smoothness. Great stuff

    Gawith Hoggarth & Co--Best Brown Flake #2
(my 4oz just arrived yesterday from smokingpipes the minute I got the email that they had it back in stock, so I jumped on it before word got out (although I did post about it in here for all my pipe smoking comrades, since it's so hard to find, and goes fast) and bought 4oz.

FYI to those who ordered, it's extremely wet, so definitely needs some drying before smoking. An hour and a half spread thin, and mine feels much better.

    Newminster--No.306 English Orient

    P.S.--No.402 Luxury Twist Flake

Great blends to start off my day with my 8am cigar and pipe combo

Sutliff--500 African Queen. Quite strong, but tasty.
Cornell & Diehl--Byzantium. Also quite strong, but pretty good
Cornell & Diehl--Old Joe Krantz Red Label. Like it much better than the "original/brown Label" same strength, but better taste imho

    I feel you man.
I hadn't smoked a pipe in a long time, probably a few months.
Last night I got the hankering and had a bowl of Gawith and Hoggarth Dark Birdseye. It really hit the spot.

I braved to cold and had a bowl of Hearth and Home Prince Andrew in an unfinished Savinelli Series III.
