    About to smoke a bowl of Rattray's Brown Clunee that @Lostmason sent me as my Secret Pipe Santa on another forum. Drinking some Constant Comment tea (cold). Going to use my Dr. Grabow Hillcrest pipe:

    My tin of F&T Special Brown Flake went empty yesterday, so I opened a 2 yo tin of Solani 633, Virginia with Perique. Puffing that now — a noble tobacco!

    My new Luciano stout bulldog has a glossy finish. I like lustrous, but not glossy, so I’m rubbing the gloss off with my fingers and thumb as I smoke my Kirsten. That’s working.

    Had a big cobful of SG Navy Flake in my MM Freehand while turkey hunting this morning.

    Second day of smoking my new Luciano stout bulldog:

    * Solani 633, Virginia with Perique
    * Wessex Classic Virginia
    * Hamborger Veermaster

    All were just flat-out tasty. So pleased with this pipe, and it’ll only get better.

    Alternating fills of two vapers in my Kirsten Mariner: Solani 633, Virginia with Perique, and Wessex Classic Virginia. Both are very fine tobaccos. And sipping Nespresso “Roma” espresso, a medium roast arabica - robusta blend.

    I just opened my jar of Solani 779, English Luxury Mixture. I don’t smoke a lot of this tobacco, but it’s a tasty change-up for a mostly Virginia guy like me.

    Had several bowls today. There was some Dunhill Navy Rolls, Presbyterian Mixture, 12 year old McClelland Acadian Ribbon, and now I'm ending the evening with something more simple.

    Having some Prince Albert in a cob, and enjoying it so much, I think I'll have another.

    Puffing Solani 763, White and Black, in my Kirsten Mariner. An interesting tobacco: dark Virginia, black Cavendish, and Syrian Latakia. Very soft smoking, with lots of flavor.
