I've been smoking either McClelland 5100 or Dark Bird's Eye since I posted last. Smoked the last bowl in a restored Savinelli.

Been thinking about getting some cookie. Do you recommend it?

Well... I don't know. If you like aromatics maybe. It's a typical Cavendish blend; sweet, thin tasting, good smelling, no nicotine or tobacco flavor whatsoever... The topping is nice I guess. I'm just not too much into aros. I picked it for a walk in the woods with my daughter... wanted something nice smelling. It certainly fit the bill for that.

I’m not an aro guy but I am too looking for something nice smelling for when I sneak a bowl in the house or around the wife.

I smoked the lane ready rubbed last night and for the first time I could actually pick up all the flavors. Not too bad for and inexpensive blend, I picked up a lot of cocoa in it.

If that's what you want out of it, it will do nicely. It does smell nice.

Nice looking pipe but it looks like the stem needs to be rebent. Have you ever done that?

I was taught how to do it back in the mid-nineties but haven't done it since. Don't you immerse the stem (to the point where you want to bend it) in boiling-hot water and then pull it out and bend it gently?

Yes,Put a pipe cleaner in to keep the airway open.
