Why thank you sir. It has some rough edges, but all in all it's in not too bad a shape...

Puffing a fill of Dunhill NR, as opposed to DLNR. It's tasting better to me today. The jury's still out as to whether or not it's as good as DLNR.

A bowl of Wessex Gold Brick, continuing break in of rusticated French Brandy. Tasty stuff, though a touch on the plain side for 14 bucks per brick. Not bad at all though.

3.5 ounce/100g. Cheaper than I remember it being a few years back, about 18 or 19 a brick I think. This coming from a fella who don't like to spend "full price" on bulk blends, meaning 30 bucks a pound for C&D. Most of my cellar is stuff like D&R purchased during sales (15-20 a pound), some Stokkebye from sales (20-25 ish a pound), and my "luxury" stuff like C&D for around 27-30. Plus plenty of bargain stuff like Smokers pride rich taste, and a crap ton of Lane ready rubbed I practically purloined from P&C for a buck an ounce.
So, I am cheap, basically.

Haha! I guess you are! 7 bucks for 50g isn't bad at all for tinned tobak... ya cheapskate!
My bulk purchases are usually Gawith Hoggarth or Sam Gawith; usually over (or well over) $50 per pound. (However, Peter Stokkebye and Newminster both make Va flakes that are delicious with a little age on them so I'll swing to the cheaper end if it's good.)
Digressing here but the way I see it, tobacco (as well as things like beer, bacon, corned beef hash, sausage, etc) are at best, unnecessary and really aren't even good for you. Therefore if I'm going to enjoy them I'll make sure I REALLY enjoy them. (and usually in moderation if only because of the price) I don't buy lousy bacon, I don't buy mediocre tobacco, and I don't drink Budweiser...
